Here we will discuss the errors that can be encountered in the SMART IPTV application. 1- Limited time test period is over


Let's start with the simplest and easiest to solve ????


Actually, it's not really a mistake, but it's true that if you don't understand English it won't be easy to solve. As you know (maybe ????) the Smart IPTV application is paid but it allows you to test for free on your TV for 7 days. After the trial period and if you want to continue using the application, you have to pay the sum of 5,49€. This error message from Smart IPTV tells you that the trial period is effectively over and that you have to pay to continue using it.

2- There is no playlist uploaded for your TV


Classic Smart IPTV errors. Sometimes, the m3u file you had installed may skip the application for X reasons. This is one of the recurrent problems of Smart IPTV, but fortunately it's very easy to fix. You just have to reinstall your IPTV subscription in the application.

"MAC address is not found


Nothing is more annoying than having this error message from Smart IPTV in the middle of the installation! No problem, you may have mistakenly noted the MAC address of your TV on the website. Go back and check it and the problem will be solved! You can find this address by launching the Smart IPTV application on your TV ????


"* Check playlist URL! *"


Here we start getting into the really concrete and serious problems ????


When this smart IPTV error message appears, it comes from a problem with your m3u playlist. And more specifically the URL of the playlist.


For this you have to check two things:


** You have a direct link from your IPTV subscription, not a redirection. Smart IPTV does not accept redirects, and only uses direct links to work. How to check it ? Your URL must have the extension of the m3u file mentioned. For example: http://mon-iptv:0000/get.php?username=xx&password=xx&type=m3u


** Enter the link in your web browser like Chrome, firefox or safari, and if the link is correct, the browser will download your IPTV subscription in m3u format. If the download starts, it means that the address is correct.


If you have validated these two points, you can then re-install your IPTV subscription on the Smart IPTV application : Configure Smart IPTV


If not, you just have to contact your provider to check the URL with you.


3- URL Nr 1 connection timeout


This is an uncommon Smart IPTV error. It's not really a Smart IPTV problem but the server of your IPTV subscription or your connection ????.


For the time being the URL of your IPTV subscription and more specifically of your m3u file is correct but the application has trouble downloading the information.


To solve this problem, 2 things to check:


** Check your internet connection ! It is likely that you have a slowdown or a network problem. Don't hesitate to restart your internet box and perform a speed test. You will find one at this address: SpeedTest


** The problem can obviously come from the server of your IPTV provider. To check this, enter the URL of your m3u file in your internet browser like Chrome, FireFox or Safari. If the file downloads, try to watch a channel by opening your file with VLC. If you can't, the problem is identified by your IPTV provider: contact them!


** Try to download your m3u file from another network or from a VPN (Get a vpn). If the download is successful, then you have a network problem and probably a restriction from your internet provider. If the download does not happen, there is a good chance that the problem is on the server side, contact your IPTV provider.

"* No channel name *"

The last Smart IPTV error we're going to see is the "No channel name" error. ????

Most of the time this error shows up when your IPTV subscription is installed incorrectly in the application. When I say wrong installation, it's on several levels. Either by one of your manipulations, or by your IPTV provider, or by the application itself.

To solve this problem, you just have to re-install your IPTV subscription on the Smart IPTV website. But not in any way!

First of all uninstall all the playlists that have been installed in your application using the "Delete Playlist(s)" tab on the Smart IPTV website.

Very important: Unplug your TV for at least 1 minute to unload the cache.

Restart the Smart IPTV application, if your playlist does not load when you restart, press the "reload" button to restart the loading of your playlist. And magic, your subscription should work again ????
